District Administration Swat organized a seminar in collaboration with NAB(KP) at TMA Babuzai Hall, District Swat on 11th July, 2024 on Anti-Corruption theme titled “Elimination of corruption guarantees for prosperity of a society. Let us collectively fulfill our religious, moral and national responsibility in its eradication”. Mr. Jawad Asif, Assistant Commissioner Babuzai organized the seminar. Mr. Waqar Ali Advocate performed as stage secretary. Mr. Akhtar Ali, Director A&P and Mr. Kamran Sohail, AD represented NAB (KP). Mr. Akhtar Ali, Director A&P, Mr. Munir Haleem zai (AAC Babuzai), Mr. Fazal e Khaliq (DDEO Swat), Mr. Mufti Muhammad Wahab (District Khatib) and Doctor Mehboob Ali (Geo News Swat) delivered speeches. Mr. Akhtar Ali, Director A&P thanked the district administration for arranging the seminar and stressed on the role of Public office holders in eradication of menace of corruption. In this regard, he emphasized on collaborative efforts of all sectors of society. A prosperous and successful society is possible only when evil of corruption is being nipped in the bud. Mr. Mufti Muhammad Wahab (Khatib) Shed brief light on Islamic teachings regarding harmful effects of corruption. Mr. Farukh Sair (AD Anti-Corruption), Mr. Nisaar Khan (TMO), officers / officials of Government departments and large number of citizens also attended the seminar and pledged to play their due role in the interest of nation.
