To celebrate International Anti-Corruption Day, Criminology Department University of Peshawar in collaboration with NAB KP organized a seminar on 10^th December, 2024 on the topic “Uniting with Youth against Corruption: Shaping Tomorrow’s Integrity”. Mr. Akhtar Ali, Director NAB KP was the chief guest at the occasion and Mr. Junaid Nasir, Deputy Director and   Mr. Sohail Kamran, Assistant Director also accompanied him. Mr. Akhtar Ali delivered a talk on the accountability systems of NAB and emphasized on prevention through collaboration with all stakeholders. Prof Dr. Basharat Hussain Chairman Department of Criminology also addressed the audience while speaking about global fight against corruption under UN convention. A large number of students actively participated in the seminar through panel discussion and Q&A session.  The students raised insightful questions about Accountability Systems, root causes of corruption and its eradication.
