Under the guidance and vision of the Chairman NAB, since inception on 1st January 2015, Sukkur Bureau has endeavored to make its presence felt in its jurisdiction. I am pleased to say that this bureau has established the Character Building Societies (CBS) website. This is a special endeavor of A&P Wing, NAB Sukkur. To fight corruption, the three pronged adopted strategy of Awareness, Prevention & Enforcement has been put into action right from the beginning.
NAB Sukkur established on 16 Feb, 2015. It is an apex anticorruption agency of Pakistan & mandated for across-the-board accountability. Its juridictional areas comprises of Sukkur, Larkana and Shaheed Benazirabad Divisions. NAB HQ is situated at Islamabad. Pakistan is signatory to the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and NAB is designated agency to eradicate the corruption under UN resolutions
Under Awareness and Prevention regime, we mobilize the masses through awareness campaign from grass root level with a special focus on youth and female students who are the future mothers.
Conduct Seminars, deliver lectures, carry advertisment campaigns, awareness walks, constitute character building societies in Schools, Colleges & Universities, organize essay writing, poster/ painting and declamation contests.
