Operations Division is responsible for conducting number of vital functions like placement of accused on Exit Control List / Passport Control List. Initiation of Extradition of Accused proceedings from abroad, processing Mutual Legal Assistance requests for cases involving foreign jurisdictions and handling of Red Notices proceedings through Interpol etc.

Operations Division also analyze / process the cases forwarded by Regional Bureau, gets the legal opinion from Prosecution Division and prepare the working papers for presenting in Executive Board meetings for the decision of the Competent Authority i.e. Chairman NAB. Operations Division further coordinates actively with Public Accounts Committee and assists for initiation of case on their advice / directives and provides updates progress from time to time on requirement basis. Operations Division is also tasked to collaborate with Anti Money Laundering and Counter Financig Authority to ensure compliance with the recommendations of Finance Action Task Force.

Through these vital functions, Operations Division continuously remains committed to reinforcing accountability, improving governance and promoting national and international cooperation in the fight against corruption and corrupt practices.
