Mandate
To expeditiously conduct inquiry proceedings strictly in accordance with NAB Employees Terms & Condition of Services (TCS), 2002 read with NAB Employees (Service) Rule, 2025 and other instructions etc, of Federal Government against Officers/officials of NAB.
Objectives
To streamline the procedure of conduct of Disciplinary lnquiries including:
1. Day to day hearing without adjournment except with reasons.
2. Show Cause and opportunity to be heard in person to accused officer/official.
3. Recording of Statements under Oath, Right of Defense and Cross Examination to Accused.
4. Consolidation of Proceedings.
5. Recommend Imposition of Major and Minor penalties to concerned Authority (Competent/Authorized ) within Procedural Framework.
