 The Human Resource Management (HRM) Division is responsible for establishment related matters of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) by effectively managing a workforce of more than two thousand employees serving in various capacities. The Division is structured into five sections, each with distinct responsibilities i.e. Personnel Management, Recruitment & TCS, Career Planning, Special Assignment Cell and Coordination Office. Personnel Management Section is further divided into 05 x Sub-Sections, this section handles postings, transfers, deputations, attachments, disciplinary proceedings, servicerelated litigation, move sanctions, NOCs, leaves, and service certificates etc.

Recruitment & TCS Section deals with appointment / recruitment of regular officers / officials and contractual employees u/s 28(b) and 8(c) of NAO 1999 as well as Contingent Paid Staff (CPS). Career Planning Section (CP)facilitates the career progression through mandatory training courses and promotions. Special Assignment Cell (SA Cell) manages the Confidential Individual Profile Data (CIPD), Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) Dossiers, and Assets Declarations in respect of NAB officers / officials. Coordination Office caries out day-to-day operations and maintains effective liaison among allSections of HRM Division. HRM Division through these Sections and its comprehensive futureoriented planning effectively manages the working strength of NAB. With a structured approach and future-oriented planning, the HRM Division ensures the efficient management of NAB’s workforce, supporting its operational effectiveness and organizational goals
